Lock for sliding glass door

It depends on what you mean by the 'guts' of the lock. If you mean the key lock on the outside pull and the tailpiece that connects it to the mortise lock inside the door, then this does come with the 82-086 Handle Set. If you mean the actual lock mechanism inside the door, that's the 82-218 mortise lock. At the very least, since your inside pull looks pretty worn out, in my opinion, it would be in your best interest to get the 82-086 even if you also need the 82-218.
