Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we'll need a bit more information. First, we'll need you to write out the exact distance between the installation hole centers of your handle set. We'd also like to see the mortise lock in the center of the door that the handles engage with. Thank you!

Hi Casey,
The distant between the two screws that hold the handle on is exactly 4". I have taken a picture of the mortise lock, and the side where it engages. Is there anything else you need?

Thanks for getting back to us. Your mortise lock resembles the 82-226, which is commonly used with the 82-086 or metallic 82-087 keyed handle sets. Note that both handle sets have 3-15/16" hole spacing on center as shown below. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else.

Great! The 82-087 is the same measurement as mine. Our door opens from left to right. How do I designate that when I order?

The 82-087 can be used on left or right-opening doors. You would just flip the pull handles on the base to match the orientation of your handle set when installing it.
