Lock handle replacement

Looking for help identifying parts needed to replace the lock handle in the attached pictures. I sent a picture of the front and back. The part number on the handle is 45082 and body is 45121. Not sure what latch this is. Can you help me?

Hello! I think your lock might be a match for our 38-058L and 38-058R. Look these parts over and let me know if you agree!

it looks like a newer version. I don't think they are a match.
