Lock is broken. Do you have something similar?

HI - I am not certain if this is a Swisco lock.   My Patio lock is broken.   The bottom hook does not move.    Do you have a patio lock I can retrofit?

This mortise lock can be replaced with the 82-238 Double Hook Mortise Lock. This is used along with our 82-080 (non-keyed) and 82-081 (keyed) Mortise Style Handle Sets.
