Can this part from Swisco flip and be used as a RH part like I show in my picture of window. I need one more for the top pin.

Thanks for writing in! Yes, our 38-286 is not specified for the right or left side of the window.

Please keep the "Helpful Tip" in mind when replacing these; you should hold onto the existing fasteners as this does not come with new screws for the installation.
