I have this lock set that broke, wondering if your lock set on your website in all white will fit for a replacement

On back of my lock has number 2465

Thanks for posting. Yes, the 82-086 should replace your old handle set; it's the same design and should have the same 3-15/16" hole spacing. If you wanted a brass or chrome version, see the 82-090.

I just ordered 82086 lock set - holes fit and lock on but latch won't lock , can you offer some help as to why I can't lock , fits in holes- thank you

I'm not sure why the 82-086 won't work for you. There could be numerous reasons why. Can you start by explaining to me what the problem is, exactly? Is it an issue with just the key lock, or is the interior thumb lever also not working? Are they stuck, or do they just flip with no effect?
