Lock mechanism

Question

Hello,
This is a lock mechanism for my window that won't work. It's 4 3/4" long and I tried to show the latches on the window itself. When you move the handle up or down it won't lock. I just need the part for the window casing with the handle, the latch handles on the window itself are fine.
