Lock mechanism for casement window

A home owner from Alaska says:
I am looking for a locking mechanism for our window. There are no markings to identify it, I have no idea what brand of windows they are. At this time, when you move the handle, it swings free and nothing inside moves. the crank also needs to be replaced as it is stripped out. Inside of the handle the marking is P4501 Mg

Thanks for posting. See our 38-095, 38-096, 38-138 or 38-139. Go over the listed dimensions, particularly the size of the fork, to confirm the best match to your old lock. Let us know what you find.

For your crank handle, I can't be certain what you need without knowing the diameter of the spline it fits onto. If that dimension is 11/32", see our 39-114L. If it's a different size, let us know.
