My lock (I think you call it a mortise lock?) no longer works and I would like to purchase a replacement. Can you help me identify a replacement?

Based on the photos you sent, it looks like you have our 82-229 mortise lock.
Carefully compare our measurements and dimensions to what you have and let us know what you think.
