Lock mechanism and new crank

Question

My lock mechanism won't lock or unlock work it feels like it is no longer attached to anything. It is in the unlock position now!

Also crack handle broke off internal part were plastic.

They are climate guard windows and I believe the model number for the complete unit is 18016818

I think we can help. For the operator handle, see our 39-205. I think this will work well as a replacement.

There are a couple different possible options for the lock. It will depend on the size of the "fork," which is currently obscured in your photos. Start by looking at our 38-095, 38-096, 38-138 or 38-139. Any one of these could be what you want. We have detailed dimensions on each product's store page that you can use as a reference, so all you have to do is remove your lock and refer to those images to confirm the best match.
