Lock on sliding door is broken

A quick learner from Foster City, CA says:
The door has 2 hooks (sorry don't know what they're really called) that come out to latch the door when you lock it. Only one hook comes out when you lock the door (see photo with gold-colored hook on top) but bottom hook stays inside the door.

We also don't have the key (prior owner never gave it). So we'd like to replace the entire handle and locking mechanism. What parts will I need?

Thank you!

Hello! The mortise lock looks like a match for our 82-239. Look it over and see what you think.

As for the key, there's no reason to replace the entire handle set for that. You can use our 82-310 to replace the existing cylinder.
