ok thanks. Also, any thoughts on how to free up the latch bolts from the barrels? They are stuck bad.

Ah, I see. That looks like our 82-218 mortise lock. You need to remove the outside and inside handles before you can remove this lock. See the video below for more detailed instructions.

I'm not sure what you mean. Can you clarify? Looking at your photo above, you have both the inside and outside handle installed, which will prevent you from removing your mortise lock since they have pieces going right through it. You need to remove the inside and outside handle completely in order to remove the mortise lock.
