Lock parts whole if available

Question

Hi there,

I wanted to let you know about an issue I've encountered with the patio door. Unfortunately, the key broke inside the latch, and the inner golden handle support also got damaged due to some forceful pulling. I'm hoping to resolve this myself. If I can find the golden part and the exact lock, I should be able to fix it.

Could you please let me know if the entire lock is available for purchase? I've attached some pictures for your reference.

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 82-239 mortise lock to your assembly, which is used with the 82-249 keeper.

These parts are commonly used with the 82-310 key lock. Note that the spindle would need to be cut to engage with the mortise lock insert. I'd recommend cutting a bit off at a time and testing it since most of the spindle appears to have broken off your original lock. Keep in mind that if the spindle is cut too short, it won't engage the mortise lock. Take a look and see what you think.
