Lock portion?

I believe I cut the lock portion that connects into the small slot too small as I'm still having issues with the lock turning. Do you sell the inner parts?

Hi there!

I'm not sure what you mean by the inner parts. Are you referring to the mortise lock? Can you show us some pictures of the hardware in question?

In order to install the handle, the metal piece in the lock portion needs to be cut to length. Of course, it cut smaller than required. Is it possible to just get that part?

Ah! It looks like you're referring to the key lock on our 82-086 keyed handle set. See our 82-310 key lock, which is sold separately.
