Hi, my lock broke and I need a proper replacement. I don't have the original because it fell in the door. Please advise

Hello there. Without seeing the original lock its tough to say, but I suspect it was the 82-218. Please compare. If you need a handle set see the 82-030.

I bought this one from you guys back in August and it didn't fit in the door. It was slightly too big. Do you have another recommendation?

I'm very confident that this is the right lock. It's normal for them to seem a little big. They're designed that way intentionally for a tight fit. What you need to do is install it at an angle. The video below will show you how this is done.
