I would like to either add a keyed lock to my slider door or replace the existing handles with a set that has a keyed lock.

In theory you could install our 82-310 Key Lock to your outside pull by removing that punchout hole in the center of the handle. However, that hole needs to be perfectly aligned with the thumb lever on your inside handle. I have a feeling it isn't, and thus this wouldn't work. Your other option would be to install the 82-086 to your door. This has a key lock already assembled, and in the same offset position as the thumb lever.

The inside lever to lock door is on the left side (see original photo), but in your product photo it is on the right. I am concerned the door will not close, if the lever is as shown in your product photo.

These handle sets and their hardware are non-handed, meaning they can be set to either the left or right.

Is the Legacy keyed Handle Set 82-086 complete with the keyed lock or just the handles?
If not complete, what parts do I need to have complete handle keyed lock set?

The 82-086 comes fully assembled with a key lock on the outside pull.
