Lock set for sliding patio door

Question

I have 3 sliders id like to replace the lock on as they dont lock very securely anymore. They are from 1984. They lock in the "up" position. They dont have a "night lock" feature but that would be great! The hole centerlines are 6-1/2". I have measured multiple times to be sure and that is what they are. I guess 6-5/8" would work when replacing but that would make the handle unusable being the 6-1/2". The sliders are 1" thick. The overall length of the lock is 7-3/8" x 15/16". The boss on the inside for cutout are 3/4" or slightly less.

Thanks for contacting us! Since your installation holes spacing is 6-1/2", I'm afraid we may not be able to provide you with a replacement for your patio door handle set. That said I would suggest double checking the dimensions on your existing hardware.

All of our flush mount handles have a 6-5/8" dimension for the distance between the installation holes and an -overall length of 7-1/4". Unfortunately, these would not be a fit for your dimensions.
