Lock set, keeper and handle needed

Question

Good evening and hoping for some help with a sliding door replacement handle and lock set that i have been in search of.  Below is a pic of the striker which is 7 3/8" overall length with 6 1/4" center-to-center top and bottom hole placement.  I can send additional pics of the lock assembly side if needed.

Yes, seeing the original hardware would be a huge help. I'm afraid I have no idea what you might need based on this photo. Seeing what you had installed before would allow us to find the best match.
