Here are the pictures you requested of the lock, we are trying to get a replacement of this part that contains the deadbolt as well.

(When 40-194 and 40-198 were suggested.) Either one of those would work but unfortunately the mortise measure 1 9/16 part is the only measurement that doesn't fit. Do you have any other ones with all of the same measurements except 1 6/16 mortise?

The 40-194 would be our best match for the assembly shown in your photos. Please note that the 7/8" backset of the spindle insert is more important than the overall backset since the door opening is normally large enough to compensate for the difference.
