Does this also come with the latch or do I have to buy that separately?

Thanks for reaching out! The 82-036 would not be the right replacement handle set for this door given that you existing handles appear to have an installation hole spacing measurement of 3-15/16". This is simply a guess based on past experiences with handles of this type, so you will need to confirm the dimensions as shown below.

The internal mortise lock appears to be part 82-218. To determine if this is the correct replacement you will need to confirm the measurements. In addition to the dimensions I've also included a video with instructions on how to remove the internal lock.
