Lockheed window replacement parts

Home Owner from Braintree, Ma
spiral balances needed for several windows

Also need to replace the small part that the bottom of the spiral balance attaches to. It

has broken off and disappeared in one of my windows. I do not know what this part is called.

In addition, one other window has a different problem. There are two holes at the top of the lower sash used for tilting the window down so the exterior of the window can be cleaned. These are not functioning properly. The window can be tilted down easily, but when pushed back into position, the movable plastic pieces at the upper corners do not hold the window securely. Because of this, if the window is not locked, a strong wind can tilt the window down. Is this fixable?

Hello,

It sounds like you need spiral balances, the bracket that the balance anchors to, and tilt latches. We should be able to help but we would need to see undamaged versions of these parts, from another window if necessary, removed from the window. Thank you!
