Locking Issue

Question

I have a guest with a sliding glass door problem . The locking mechanism is jammed up and won't extend the lever to lock itself in place. I don't have much information on the door itself other then a couple of photos.

It sounds like you might need a new mortise lock. Check out our 82-229 to start. Compare the dimensions to your old hardware and see if you think this could work for you.
