Locking Mechanism

A quick learner from michigan says:
I have pella casement windows from year 2000 the locking mechanism is in side the wood trim do u have any videos to fix this.

You should be able to access the locking handle by opening up the window. The worst case is you will need to remove the side wood window stop. With that being said, take a look at the 39-404 and the 39-403 lock and handle kit by Pella. Once you have the hardware removed, compare the specifications with our parts to see how they match up.
