Locking Tabs for replacement Windows

Locking Tab Dimensions are 2 5/8" Long by 3/4" Wide by 9/16" thick.

Markings include 092 on the tab that locks the assembly into the window, patent number 5139291 and 7A. I have attached pictures of 3 views of the locking tab.
