Locking arm

Question

I ordered the wrong locking arm as you see laying on the sill of the Bay.

I also need 2 long arms that slide up and down to engage the 2 locking receivers of the side of the sash.

Also, the plastic guides that hold the arm in the sash frame are shot.

It was a Silver Line Bay ordered years ago.....

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm not sure what locking arm you're referring to from these photos. Can you remove the part in question from the window and show us some photos? We're not sure what the long arms and plastic guides look like so we will need to see clear photos of those parts as well.
