Locking cam for sash tilt function

Question

One of the metal locking cams is missing  preventing lower sash from staying up when raised.   The vinyl portion of the assembly with the spring balance is in tact with only the metal locking cam missing on one side.    Need only the metal locking cam.

I'm afraid we don't sell the metal cams separately so you'll need a new pivot shoe. Take a look at our 15-180, which uses the Series 190 coil springs, and see if our dimensions match up to yours.
