Locking clip to be able to turn handle on crank window

Question

I have been told there is a missing locking clip that will allow the crank mechanism to engage gear when trying to close the window. I can open the window fine but handle just spins when trying to close.

A repair service just confirmed they found the part on this website so hoping someone can help me identify where I can locate the part.

I'm afraid there is no clip that will repair this operator. Once that worm gear in your second photo has come out, that's it. The operator is broken and you'll need a new one. That worm gear is machined pressed into the operator in the factor and no part is made that can fix it.

We can help replace this operator, but we will need you to remove it from the window and show us the whole mechanism in one shot. Thank you!
