Hi there, Randy.
Hmm, your inside handle is a bit odd. We don't sell this exact style but I see that you have the 82-238 mortise lock. Is your handle's installation hole center spacing 4-15/16"? If it is, I recommend using our 82-080 or 82-081 which are compatible with your existing mortise lock. Take a look and let me know if you have any questions.

Is the 82-081 a Kwikset or a Schlage style lock

The 82-081 takes the Schlage “SC1” key way.

Can I change it to Kwikset?

I don't believe you can change it to a Kwikset key. That would be a question for a locksmith. I did check with our suppliers, but could not come up with this type of key cylinder with a Kwikset keyway. I am sorry for any inconvenience.
