Trying to determine if the picture attached is "long slider" or "medium slider" so I can order the right part. Thank you

Take a look at the 38-095, 38-096, 38-138, and 38-139 casement window locks. Review the dimensions shown on our product pages compared to yours. The projection of your fork would be a key factor. We suggest removing the lock from the window to get accurate dimensions for comparison. Thanks for posting!
