This is a handle with locking for an Anserson patio sliding glass door that needs replacing. I do not know the model.

Hey there. The handle set looks similar to the 82-089 or keyed 82-086. Please compare. For the mortise lock, it's hard to say without seeing it but I suspect it might have been the 82-218. Take a look and see what you think.
