Locking handle for Truth casement window

A home owner from Michigan says:
August 16, 2021
It is 3 3/4" From screw hole to screw hole. The latch is 4-1/2" long. The inside fork measures 1 1/8". Color beige.

Hi Lori. Start by looking at our 38-095. Measure the fork as well as the rear projection of the base, as seen below. Let me know if this matches up or differs.
