Locking handle replacement

This doesn't look exactly like any of your casement locking handles. What do you suggest for replacing it?

It's tough to say. The most important part of this lock is obscured while it's installed. Can you remove it and show me a picture of it by itself? That will help us find a good match, if any are still made.

Here you go and thanks so much for your efforts.

Thank you! I recognize this lock. I've seen it a lot over the years. It's no longer made, but I've been told by other customer who've tried it that our 38-036 works well as a replacement. Look it over and see what you think.

Hi, I wanted to let you know I got all the things you sent and they all worked fine......even the one that was questionable. I did a little shaving with a file but I don't think it was even necessary. I attached a photo of your lock installed in my window. Thanks and great job all around.

That's fantastic news! I'm glad you got your window up and working again. Thanks once more for your business and please let us know if you ever need anything else.
