Hello,
It's tough to be sure but it looks like your tie bar may have round rollers instead of cone-shaped. If so, take a look at the 10.9" long 38-949. We also offer the 39-448 tie bar guides if you need those as well.

As for the locks, I'd recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 38-091 and 38-092 to yours. Thanks for posting!
