Locking mechanism broken

A home owner from Great Falls, MT says:
I could find no identifying names for window or the mechanism that locks/seals window closed. Photos above show the broken closure with the final picture, one that is working. You can see the plastic locking piece that is missing in the first picture. Thank you for any assistance.
