Locking mechanism does NOT lock

A quick learner from Winfield Alabama says:

In the photos, the brass locking mechanism from the inside does not lock. We are looking for a replacement for this part. Can you help us please? Thank you Jackie

I am afraid that we do not carry the multi-point lock you have in your entry door. We do carry the 40-123 key cylinder, but I am not sure if that is the problem, or if it will operate with your door. Might be best to contact a locksmith to see what they think the reason is that your lock is not working. Take a look at the 40-123 key cylinder and related video on the web site.
