Trying to replace this lock. Looks similar to your product but not quite the same. Attaching picture of interior and exterior of casement

It's tough to determine what you have without seeing your part out of the window. However, from what I see here, I think you might have an old discontinued Silver Line lock for series 7400 ad 7450 casement windows. These are discontinued, unfortunately, and we are unable to supply a match. I apologize for the inconvenience.
