This looks like SWISCO product code 40-028, In-Swinging Storm Door Handle Set. Unfortunately, the key lock portion is discontinued and no longer available.

is there a way on the new handle set for the customer to use his old lock if still good? Thanks for your help in advance!!

Sure, you can reuse the old key lock if it's still good. Just knock out the key plug on the new lock.
