Locking storm door handle

Hello, I am looking for a storm door latch. I will attempt to send a couple of pictures. Notice it has a key lock on the outside and a small lever that locks the inside. The reason I need one is the key lock must be broken because it falls out.

This is an old Sears brand storm door handle set that is unfortunately no longer made. The only complete storm door lock set we have that may work would be our 40-130, which comes in black or white, and our 40-131, which is the same but comes in polished brass instead. Look these over and see what you think.
