Hi there, thanks for the great photos of your balance. It looks like you need our S795-33 channel balance with 1-1/4" wide T-Lock shoe and a screw on clip on the cord. The spring weight code is 33C for a window sash weighing between 20 to 25 lbs. Please look everything over to be sure you agree.
