We need for you to send us some more photos of the part removed from the window. Try to get a clear shot of the three hole pattern in one photo. It's important to see the three holes in one photo so that we can review the hole pattern on the crank. Lastly, let's see a photo of the link arm. With all of this information we should be able to assist you.

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm afraid these pictures don't show us what I requested. We need to see all three holes in one single picture. In your new photos, I can only see the top hole. We also need a picture of the link arm.
