Take a look at our 38-075 sash lock, along with the 38-089 keeper. Compare our dimensions to yours and see if these match what you need. For the operator, we'd like to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. Once we can identify the operator, we can determine which handles are compatible with your assembly. 

As for the weatherstripping, we'll need to you to remove a piece and show us a clear picture of the end profile. Take a look at the video below, it'll go over exactly what we'll need to see.
