I received the name of your company from Pella Windows Customer Service Department. I am in need of a lock for one of my double hung Pella Double Hung Windows. When I told them the window in question was installed in 1991 or 1992 they said they no longer carry that part. They recommended I call your company, Swisco, as you specialize in old Pella parts.
Last week I spoke to Chris at Swisco and he told me you carry old Pella window locks. He said the best way to see if Swisco has the part is to take a photo of the lock and email it to Swisco. You will check your inventory and let me know if you can help me.
Right now I need just one lock but if you have it in your inventory I will probably buy 6-12 locks as I have 17 Pella Windows that I had installed in the early 1990s. They are still great windows and having a working lock allows me to have a tight seal to prevent drafts on the cold winter nights.
Attach are 3 photos of the broken lock for you to look at.
Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
I received your 5/31 email that showed a photo of a Pella Window Lock you think is what I am looking for. It is similar but not exactly the same. Below are better photos of the one I sent you on 5/31 that I need. Can you take a look in your inventory and see if you have this one. It may have a Pella Part Number of OD6Q0004.
Just to review the windows I have are double hung windows that were bought in the 1991-1993 time frame.
Thank you for your help.

Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. Our 90-213 Pella sash lock comes to mind. This remains our closest match. I wonder if your part is an older style. Review the specifications below and see how they compare with an undamaged version of this lock.
