Locks and crank.

A home owner from Maple Grove MN says:
We have a lifetime warranty with you, but cannot find our paperwork. We need one of the locks in the first photo, one crank in the second photo and 8 of the locks in the third photo. Also need one new screen. Can you please help me?

Hello!

It sounds like you may have us confused with your window manufacturer. We're just a third party distributor but we can still help ID your hardware. I'll just need a bit more information to get started.

First, for your sash lock, can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center?

Second, we'll need to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. Once we can identify the operator, we can determine which handles are compatible with your assembly.

Finally, for the lock in your third picture, this reminds me of one of our multi-point locks such as the 38-095, 38-096, 38-138 or 38-139. Look over all the dimensions, especially the projection of the fork, to see if one of these is what you need. Another possibility, could be our 38-099 and 38-100, but you'll need to remove your original lock from the window to confirm.

We don't sell replacement screens, unfortunately. I apologize for any inconvenience.
