I have a Loewen Casement Window, about 17 years old, whose gear mechanism no longer works. I'm not sure if there is a tooth broken or the teeth just don't mesh, but I can't really get it to either retract or move out. It is partially hidden by the construction of the window so that I could not find any model number or manufacturer- I can see a "Made in USA" designation and next to the left mounting screw a 49 and right mounting screw an 05 (or maybe its supposed to be a 50 read from the other direction?). The lower hinge arms that are attached to this mechanism are identified as manufactured by Truth and one of the arms is stamped Entrygard. I am not sure if it all needs to be replaced or just the gear set- if you can help me identify what I need to order, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
Take a look at the 39-031 and 39-032 Entrygard operators to get started. Note that the shorter link arm measures 4-7/16" as shown below, which is not visible in your photos. We also offer the 39-107FK handle and cover kit for both assemblies.

Dimensions for 39-031
If you need new hinges as well, take a look at the 36-048 with a 10" base. Just let us know if you need anything else. Thank you!
