I was able to replace the casement lock but noticed this was broken up top as well. Do you know what replacement part would be compatiable with the one shown?

Your casement lock is similar to the 38-160. The determining factor would be how the dimensions and internal mechanism shown below compare to your assembly. Thanks for posting!
