Loewen Window crank and cover contemporary matte black

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell this exact cover. Can you remove it and show us the base of the operator? We'd also like to see a photo of the operator's arms that move the window sash.
They didn't get back to us with the requested information, unfortunately. We're happy to help with your inquiry, but we'd like to see a photo of the operator's arms. If we can ID the assembly, we can determine the compatible accessories.
We'd also like you to remove the old cover and show us the operator base.
You can see the twisting piece of the crank that attaches the handle to the operator base is broken, hence my need for a replacement.
