Your hardware reminds me of our 38-208, but you'll need to remove yours from the window to see if our dimensions match up to yours. 

As for the operator cover, we'd like to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. If we can identify the operator, we can determine which accessories are compatible with your assembly.
