Loewen exterior sliding door hardware

Hello. On 2/18 I purchased from you (8) Legacy Handlesets (Item 82-089) in black to replace what I thought was the same handlesets i have in brass on Loewen sliders. As you can see from the photo, they are almost exactly the same but sadly the placement of the locking pin does NOT align. Can you help me?

Unfortunately, the 82-089 that you purchased has a fixed thumb lever. You are welcome to reference our return policy here to send it back for a refund.

We would recommend using the 82-030 that has an adjustable thumb latch. It has a somewhat different design but is almost functionally identical. Take a look and thanks for posting.
