Loewen replacement springs

Hi -
I need to obtain 2 Loewen replacement springs/spring assemblies. It appears just the springs are broken. The markings on the area say DB AO4 34 HD.
Loewen says call the dealer, the dealer says call Loewen. Hoping you can help.

Thank you for your reply. I was finally able to get thru to someone at loewen and they are sending the appropriate parts directly, so I am all set now.
