Longer S 160-5 5.5 lb. coil balances

Question

I installed these on a 64 inch tall window, and one pulled out of the support, presumably because they're not long enough. Do you sell this coil for taller windows? Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us. They don't make coils in the size you need any more, unfortunately. All of ours are 30-40" of travel. With that said, you will have to mount it lower in the track while making sure to keep it under the tilt latch so that it doesn't interfere with its operation.
